Biffle’s last race was at the Homestead Miami Speedway in November 2016. Many fans thought he had ended his career on a high note. It had been even longer since Biffle had driven the truck he won with, a vehicle that had not tasted victory since 2001. Despite its age, the truck performed admirably, as did Biffle. The race saw 13 caution periods and lasted 2 hours, 29 minutes, and 39 seconds.
Matt Crafton, who finished second, was not pleased with his result and showed poor sportsmanship after the race.
