It is essential for both men and women to have the same payment options. FIFA should enhance their rewards for women to match those of men if they emerge victorious. Instead of tackling the problem directly, a significant amount of money is being spent on lobbyists.
The mismanagement of funds can be attributed to the US Soccer Foundation’s actions. They are currently upset and have turned to lobbyists to address their concerns. However, the responsibility lies with the US Soccer to provide equal pay to both male and female athletes.
